"The bettor claimed he risked the over on the game’s total score set at 4.5 goals. When the game between the Vityaz Podolsk and Dinamo Riga went into overtime tied 2-2, a fifth goal was eventually scored." surprised this would even be questioned as winner. Dude got jacked by Caesars

I find many NJ online books aren't specific enough with regulation and overtime. The soccer bets are the worst. Just spell out in the bet description exactly what you are wagering on. So much vague shit on bets. I blame it on Gaming Enforcement. Even in wagering rules not enough is done. Can't they get some regulator who knows exactly how sports wagering works and come up with standard rules for all books.

Did he call Ceasars and they still refused to pay?

This use to happen to me all the time with Russian Hockey at Bovada---often grading a win a loss. Though after a phone call they always re-graded correctly.
